• Natural Liberty: Labeled as an American pale lager, Natural Liberty combines old world with the new age. The light pilsner malt body creates a clean-tasting beer. They don’t just leave it there though. Added in this brew is an invigorating touch of Citra hops for a flavorful and citrusy punch!
   
• Saucy Intruder: Are you a fan of the bitter flavors of IPAs? You’ll definitely want to try their Saucy Intruder then! While most IPAs are usually brewed with malted barley, this one is made with a large amount of rye malt. This adds earthy notes and a unique spiciness to the bitter amora and taste from the hops.

Their theme of locally made transfers into their paninis as well. Their Pastrami Ruben is served on rye bread fresh from a local bakery. The meats used in their paninis, like the capocollo and mortadella in their Italian, all come from the nearby Smoking Goose.
