The 2021 Volkswagen Atlas can get up to an EPA-estimated 21 MPG city and 24 MPG highway.[i] To deliver that kind of fuel economy, the vehicle runs on a 2.0L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine.

The larger V6 engine offers more power, so you’ll be able to tow a bigger trailer or a boat. It uses its 276 horsepower and 266 lb-ft of torque to tow up to 5,000 pounds.
